Welcome to my new-look newsletter, the first of 2008. I hope it finds you growing with the challenges of life and business, which seem to be coming faster and bigger than ever.

It co-incides with my new-look website, which co-incides with the launch of my exciting B3 Technology ®, which integrates all my previous services into a singular product for medium-sized and large companies.

There's more about that below. There is also a link to my latest article on being yourself for a living and thriving in the new economy, and one to my talk for corporations called "The A-Z of Being Yourself for a Living".

Growing Up

It's one thing to grow old, it's inevitable if we just stay alive long enough, but growing up is altogether different. It is not inevitable, it is an ongoing choice.

Growing up is a choice we make as life happens. It can be difficult because it means letting go of the past and embracing the responsibilities of the intensifying present. However, the price of avoiding it gets higher as each day passes.

Life comes at us at least as fast as we can handle it, sometimes faster. We have to live in the moment and face it fully, otherwise we miss and repress life, which leads to an accumulation of unrealised potential and unprocessed experience.

This gets weightier and increasingly troublesome, making it more and more difficult to handle what happens. Conversely, if we have the courage to face life, it keeps blossoming.

Where and how are you being challenged to grow up? How are the progressions in your life and business pressurising you to become more responsible?

The seeds of possibility are hidden in perceived difficulty. How are you responding?
