up!
Maybe the negative sentiment being proliferated in the media is getting to you... Let it take you up! What goes down must come up and all the good work you do now will pay. Besides, negative sentiment is fickle. We are most blessed to be alive and there are deep lessons in all experience. Maybe you are working harder than ever for what seems like less than nothing... Let it take you up! Make your work your love, your life, in its own right, without seeking direct rewards. Enjoy what you do as you do it. You will thrive on the moment and what is yours will come to you in its own time. Expectation brings frustration, presence brings perfection. Maybe you are feeling directionless, either through hopelessness or stagnation... Let it take you up! We are creatures of habit and sometimes need some desperation to spur us to slip our skin and find the new that beckons like a sunrise just beyond our darkest night. Innovate your way out of it. Maybe you have people in your business dealings and life who are treating you rudely or, for whatever reason, ignoring your messages and e-mails... Let it take you up! Everyone is a gift, no matter how they treat you. The loving and easy, and the defensive and difficult are both there to bring out the enlightened and self-actualising person inside each of us. Maybe you are feeling bogged down with emotion, overwhelmed by the weight of all you've been through... Let it take you up! Find and feel it and let it move through. As it does, create. Use the energy to live and the barriers will come down. The rain will nourish and the storm will pass. Maybe you are terrified... Let it take you up! Fear is the polar opposite of love and often the result of love that is going unexpressed. Pump love into every action. Bring light into the darkness. Maybe you are feeling alone... Let it take you up! Aloneness is a beautiful benediction. It also binds us all together. We are all in the same boat, on the same train, in different cars on the same highway. Look around and reach out to the driver next to you, a kindred spirit is closer than you think. "I came to take you up
