1. No matter how long you have the TV off, you are not missing anything. 
2. Comfort with your own company, with silence, is the doorway to the infinite.
3. The deeper you sink into yourself, the more you feel love.
4. Surrendering to what is and who you are is the way to happiness.
5. Presence is pure creativity.
6. Love and joy and creativity happen on a different frequency, in a different place to politics, entertainment and ego.
7. You don't need and are not drawn to the substitutes when you have the real.
8. Escapism is appealing only if you are trapped.
9. If you are here now, television will feel like pollution.
10. Most human creations are put to destructive use and could serve a much higher and more beautiful purpose.
