About Robin Wheeler

Robin Wheeler is a leading business thinker and writer whose speciality is helping people grasp the changes that are happening in the world and make the existential shift needed to thrive in the new economy.

He facilitates an awakening from thinking to being, equipping contributors with the insights required to innovate and lead the way into the most exciting time in history.

He studied clinical, counselling and organisational psychology and worked in Human Resources in two South African banks before founding BEntrepreneurING in 1996.

He produced specialised assessment-based products for recruitment, performance management and work design.

He soon branched out into people development and, with his weekly show on 702 Talk Radio and Cape Talk, became one of the first business coaches in South Africa.

Using his concept of ‘being yourself for a living’, an intelligent response to changes in the knowledge economy, he established acclaimed training courses and ran them for a spectrum of multinational corporations.

He also wrote prolifically for newspapers, magazines and websites and launched a publishing wing of BEntrepreneurING with the release of his first book in 1999.

At the same time, he also emerged as a speaker on the professional circuit.

Robin has been interviewed on practically every radio station and television magazine programme in South Africa over the last decade.

His fourth book INSIGHTS, containing 55 insights to awaken your spirit and boost your business, was published in late 2007 and has been acclaimed throughout the media.
